Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund rules and process of Guangyu App Store.

Digital products (download, license, SaaS, API) are generally non-refundable once delivered; if delivery failed, a full refund may be requested.

Physical cross-border goods support 7-day no-reason returns from delivery (unopened, resellable); return shipping is borne by the buyer.

Submit a refund request on the order page or via support with your order ID and reason; we will process after review.

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 3–10 business days (subject to the payment provider).
