All services provided by Guangyu SaaS are digital intangible goods and online technical services, subject to the following refund rules.
1. Refund Eligibility
Full refund is allowed within 3 calendar days if the order is unpaid and the service has not been started. Unused subscription services can apply for partial refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situation
No refund will be granted once the service is started, deliverables are provided, subscription is activated, or the refund application period expires.
